Breakfast Tablemat

Made in Kyoto by layering three pieces of Izumi Momen (a type of Japanese cotton) with needlework embroidery. It’s a contemporary take on the traditional techniques of sashiko and boro.

Use as a placemat, tablemat or even decorative dishcloth. With a hook to hang.
