Wasabina Seeds

For those short on outdoor space, some seeds to grow edible plants indoors. Harvest your own Wasabina aka Japanese Horseradish.

These leaves have a spicy, wasabi-like flavour. Use the young leaves like rocket in a salad and the mature leaves stir-fried, as a spicy alternative to greens like spinach.

It’s almost impossible to buy this seasoning fresh in the UK and it’ll add some authentic Japanese flavour to sushi, salads, curries and stir fries.
